People are always returning stuff. Amazon and other online retailers get tons of returns. People change their minds, it's the wrong color - whatever. Don't let it go to waste. I get things they don't want, but you do at a good price. The box may be bent, or it may be repackaged. I will check it out, test it if I can, describe it's condition as best I can, take pictures or videos and resell it to you at cheaper than retail. And the best part is- nothing is wasted. We all win.
